We offer a return window of 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the device must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required for all returns.

If the device is defective, damaged, or not functioning as advertised, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We may request photos or videos of the issue before approving the return or exchange request.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our team. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Items damaged due to customer misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible for refund or return. We recommend thoroughly checking the product before initiating a return request.

In case of a wrong product delivered by mistake, we will arrange for a pickup and replacement at no extra cost. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition with all accessories.

Return shipping costs for non-defective items will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return of the product.
